The group provides fiduciary management, investment risk advice and covenant advisory services through Cardano and Lincoln Pensions, and includes the workplace pension provider NOW: Pensions, acquired in 2019. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and securing long-term financial outcomes, Cardano operates a disciplined, risk-led approach with teams based in London and the Netherlands, and in 2024 the group was acquired by Mercer, a business of Marsh McLennan.

How it started
I was contracted by Cardano Group following a tender process, with the recommendation coming from a close personal connection within the company.
I initially supported the rollout of their rebrand across front-end products. This later led to an internal referral to their Netherlands headquarters, where I led a full redesign of an internal hedging tool. The work improved usability for internal teams and helped prepare the platform for future pension regulation changes.
