Established to help patients navigate the UK healthcare system, the organization offers 24/7 access to private GPs, specialist referrals, wellness screenings, and bespoke medical concierge memberships. Operating from a central London facility that integrates clinical services with advanced imaging and pathology, MHF Medical Concierge focuses on delivering a patient-first experience through holistic and proactive medical care.
How it started
I was introduced to the founder of MHF Medical Concierge through a mutual connection, which developed into a long-term collaboration.
I created a premium brand identity, designed core marketing materials and built the website. My role later expanded into interior planning for their London health centre, including clinical space planning, digital signage, wayfinding and in-clinic branding. I also supported the launch of a government-approved Covid-19 testing subsidiary. I helped shape both the digital and physical brand experience, supporting the business across multiple stages of growth.
