BB-Estates Website

BB Estates Group needed a website that reflected a more distinctive and premium approach than the typical estate agency presence. The business had a clear vision for how it wanted to be perceived, and the website needed to translate that into a digital experience that felt refined, modern and aligned with the brand’s position in the property market.

Goals

The goal was to create a website that stood apart from standard estate agency websites and expressed BB Estates’ unique identity with clarity and confidence. It needed to balance a premium, minimal aesthetic with strong usability, ensuring the site felt polished without compromising the practical experience of browsing properties and engaging with the business. Another key requirement was reliable integration with OpenImmo, the data standard used to exchange real estate information, so that property listings could remain synchronised and consistently up to date across the site.

Approach

Management at BB Estates had a strong and clearly defined vision from the outset, which made it possible to move quickly from strategy into design development. My role was to interpret that vision and translate it into a website that felt bespoke to the brand, rather than relying on familiar estate agency conventions. I focused on creating a custom design that emphasised space, restraint and clarity, helping the site communicate a premium and minimal feel while remaining intuitive to use. Alongside the front-end design and build, I also ensured the website could support the operational side of the business through OpenImmo integration, allowing property portfolio data to remain accurate and automatically synchronised.

Deliverables

I delivered a custom-designed WordPress website built with Elementor, tailored to reflect BB Estates’ premium and minimal brand character. The project included the full website design and build, along with integration of the OpenImmo data standard to synchronise property listings and maintain up-to-date portfolio information.

Outcomes

The final website gave BB Estates a digital presence that better reflected its distinct market position and visual identity. By combining a bespoke premium design with synchronised property data, the platform supported both brand differentiation and day-to-day operational accuracy, helping the business stand out while keeping listings current and reliable.
