I began by developing a new design proposal and sample spreads to demonstrate a stronger visual and narrative direction for the report. Once the project was secured, I worked closely with M-KOPA’s impact team to refine the report narrative and shape the content into a more coherent and compelling story.
To support the design process, I created a new on-brand design system in InDesign that made it possible to build the report efficiently while maintaining consistency throughout. This gave the project a clear visual structure and helped streamline production across multiple pages and content types.
I also developed a series of visualisations and infographics to highlight key impact figures, making complex data easier to understand and more engaging for the reader. These elements played a central role in communicating the scale and significance of M-KOPA’s impact.
Using Adobe’s collaboration features, I enabled a transparent and responsive feedback process. This allowed the team to review work in context, provide comments quickly and maintain full visibility over the progress of the report as it evolved.
