PLIXXENT Website

PLIXXENT develops innovative polyurethane-based technology and provides tailor-made systems supported across the full value chain, from initial consultation through to after-sales support. I was commissioned to design and build a new website that could showcase the company’s products clearly and effectively, while supporting localisation across its European markets.

Goals

The goal was to create a functional and informative website that presented PLIXXENT’s products, expertise and technical resources in a clear and accessible way. The site needed to reflect the company’s newly developed branding, while also extending that identity into a robust web experience, as the existing brand guidelines did not yet cover digital applications. Another key requirement was to support multiple European markets through localisation, ensuring the website could serve diverse audiences consistently across languages and regions. The platform also needed to make it easy for the internal team to manage technical resources such as brochures, documentation and certification materials.

Approach

My approach focused on translating a newly established brand into a practical and scalable digital system. Because the brand guidelines did not yet extend to web, I worked collaboratively with Albatros Agency to define a suitable digital style. We rapidly prototyped in Elementor to test ideas quickly and present them to the marketing manager, allowing for fast feedback and an efficient refinement process. Alongside the front-end design, I developed custom backend components to support the structured management of technical resources. This ensured the team could maintain product brochures, technical documentation, compliance materials and regulatory certificates without relying on ad hoc content handling. The site was also planned and built to support multilingual delivery across eight European languages, helping PLIXXENT communicate consistently across its regional markets.

Deliverables

I delivered a custom WordPress website built in Elementor, designed to showcase PLIXXENT’s product offering and technical expertise in line with its new brand direction. The project included collaborative development of a web-specific visual style, multilingual implementation across eight European languages, and custom backend components for managing product brochures, technical documentation, compliance materials and regulatory certificates.

Outcomes

The final website provided PLIXXENT with a clear, scalable and market-ready digital platform that extended its new branding into a strong online presence. By combining rapid collaborative design development with practical backend tools, the platform gave the marketing team an effective way to manage content while supporting users across multiple European markets and languages.
